Service Sire: Bel Canto's Tuscan Sun Tuscan Sun is Sired by AML Legacy’s El Duro, Sunny’s genetic lineage is one of the country’s most influential. Adding more power to this male is his dam’s sire Peruvian Pizarro and grandsire NWA, Ltd Senator Taft.
Sunny has luxurious soft fleece and lovely handle that he continues to carry to this day. The density, brightness, fineness and uniformity that Sunny is holding on to into his breeding years is amazing. His fleece feels just about as soft now as it did his first year and looking at his fiber statistics you will know why. Very little change has occurred in his fleece over time. He is a tribute to his sire AML Legacy’s El Duro, who maintained his fineness over the years as well.
A very well built young sire. Sunny is the description of the word ‘Macho’. It is obvious to the eye that he boasts very square conformation, nice broad chest, and straight lines. You can’t miss that awesome head of his with his knock-out top knot and typey good looks.
Sunny is a Reserve Champion, and multiple blue ribbon winner. He recently was awarded another Blue Ribbon at age 27.5 months, attesting to his strong conformation and ability to hold his fleece quality over time. Sunny also received a second place at the 2009 AOBA Nationals as a yearling in the composite class. FIBER ANALYSIS: exceptional stats
